6 Therefore let us leave the elementary doctrine of Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, 2 and of instruction about washings, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. 3 And this we will do if God permits.

Foundation
In the name of the Father and the + Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen. The foundation has been laid. The Lord Jesus is the One that has laid it. He is the rock on which the Holy Spirit builds. We’d love to contribute with impressive works, but God does everything for us in this body and life and the next. By the crucifixion of Jesus we are made righteous and we are given the gift of life and salvation. Everything you need is contained in this Jesus. He is your foundation and your rock forevermore. In the name of + Jesus. Amen.
