Knit Together
Therefore let no one pass judgment on you in questions of food and drink, or with regard to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath. These are a shadow of the things to come, but the substance belongs to Christ. Let no one disqualify you, insisting on asceticism and worship of angels, going on in detail about visions, puffed up without reason by his sensuous mind, and not holding fast to the Head, from whom the whole body, nourished and knit together through its joints and ligaments, grows with a growth that is from God.

Knit Together
There is a lot out there that will try to disqualify you from your faith. Some of it fluff, most of it neither mentioned nor commanded by Scripture. No one can disqualify you except the Judge himself. This Jesus comes to qualify you. He sheds his blood to buy you back and to unite himself to you. He knits you together with the rest of the church as his own. Stand firm in the Word itself. There is no other rule and norm in Christian life. Read it, study it, meditate on it. This is your Jesus come for you. He does all things well.
